The Standard

Hospitality is not a
service. It is a decision.

01

FW 15+ Single Origin
Coffee Only

Every cup is pulled from the same Burundi Single Origin Arabica we supply to roasteries — FW 15+ specialty, documented at cooperative cupping. Your guests receive the lot that our buyers receive.

02

Hospitality-Trained
Baristas

Our baristas are trained in hospitality service, not just extraction. Eye contact, pace, presentation — every interaction is considered from first approach to final cup.

03

Fully Equipped
Mobile Bar

Professional commercial espresso machine, grinders, tamping station, water supply and custom branded presentation — a complete café in a single setup.

04

Tailored to Your
Occasion

Branded cups, custom menu boards, bespoke coffee blends, dietary alternatives — every element of the experience is configured to your event identity.

2024
Operational · Since Inception

Catering operation active across Dubai and South Africa since launch. Operated by our own baristas — never sub-contracted to agencies.

Single
Sourcing Standard

The same specialty lots we supply to roasteries are the lots we pull at events. No commodity dilution. No "event-grade" shortcut. One sourcing standard, full stop.

83+
SCA Cupping Floor

Every cup pulled from lots cooperative-cupped between 83 and 86.5 on the SCA protocol. The same documented standard we apply to green-bean supply, applied at the event bar.

The Experience

Coffee that earns
a second conversation.

There is a version of mobile catering that produces warm brown liquid in paper cups. That is not what we do. Every Qahwa event is built around a single conviction: the coffee experience is an extension of your hospitality identity.

When a guest receives a well-pulled espresso from a barista who greets them by name, served in a cup that reflects the aesthetic of the occasion — that is a hospitality moment. Not a coffee moment. We engineer hospitality moments.

"The cup is the last impression. We make sure it's the one they remember."

The Espresso Programme

Eight drinks.
One discipline.

Espresso is not a category. It is a foundation — and every drink built on it carries decisions about ratio, milk texture, roast suitability and intended occasion. Below: the espresso programme we run at every event, each drink expressed as your guests will encounter it.

01 25–30ml

Espresso

The concentrated foundation. Everything on the menu builds from this single, considered serve.

Flavour ProfileIntense, layered — the lot's full character without dilution
Roast LevelMedium — full development for sweetness and clarity
Intended UseMid-morning, post-meal, the considered moment
Milk PairingNone — served pure
Extraction25–30 second pull — 1:2 brew ratio
For the Guest WhoDrinks coffee the way it was first served — in small, considered measures.
02 50–60ml

Doppio

Two shots, undiluted. Body and aromatics doubled — the same precision held across a longer serve.

Flavour ProfileDeeper expression of the lot — richer mid-palate, more sustained finish
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseMorning serve, the longer espresso experience
Milk PairingNone — served pure
ExtractionDouble basket — 25–30 second pull
For the Guest WhoWants a meaningful serve without dilution — intensity, in measure.
03 35–45ml

Macchiato

Espresso "marked" with a small dollop of foamed milk — the gentlest concession.

Flavour ProfileEspresso forward with a softened edge — sweetness lifted slightly
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseMid-morning, after coffee but before milk
Milk Pairing5–10ml of microfoam — whole, oat or almond
ExtractionSingle shot — topped, not mixed
For the Guest WhoFinds straight espresso austere but wants to keep coffee centred.
04 90–100ml

Cortado

Equal parts espresso and warm milk. Coffee, articulated by milk — not overwhelmed by it.

Flavour ProfileEspresso clarity with rounded sweetness — the lot still leads
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseMid-morning, mid-afternoon — the considered milk drink
Milk PairingLight texture — whole or oat preferred
ExtractionSingle shot — 1:2 milk ratio — minimal foam
For the Guest WhoWants milk's softness without losing the coffee.
05 150ml

Flat White

Double shot, silky microfoam, no dry foam. The barista's drink — built for texture.

Flavour ProfileVelvet body with sustained coffee presence — sweetness from the milk, structure from the shot
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseAll-day — the workhorse of considered coffee programmes
Milk PairingMicrofoam, 60–65°C — whole, oat, almond
ExtractionDouble shot — poured straight in, no dry foam
For the Guest WhoTreats their daily coffee as a craft moment, not a caffeine vehicle.
06 180ml

Cappuccino

The classical service — single shot, structured foam, equal proportions. A drink with a defined silhouette.

Flavour ProfileBalanced espresso through soft foam — warmer, sweeter, with a textural top
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseMorning — the European hospitality classic
Milk PairingEqual parts milk and foam — whole or oat
ExtractionSingle shot — 1:1:1 espresso, steamed milk, foam
For the Guest WhoWants their coffee in the form their hotel taught them to expect.
07 220ml

Latte

A longer milk drink — the espresso held as a low note, the milk as the body of the cup.

Flavour ProfileMellow — coffee in supporting role, milk forward and sweet
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseAll-day — the accessible specialty drink
Milk PairingMicrofoam with light surface foam — whole, oat, almond, soy
ExtractionDouble shot — long milk pour — rosetta finish
For the Guest WhoDrinks coffee for warmth and comfort as much as for the coffee.
08 180–200ml

Long Black

Hot water under a double shot — the espresso lengthened, never drowned. The crema rides on top.

Flavour ProfileEspresso character at filter strength — brightness preserved, body softened
Roast LevelMedium — full development
Intended UseAny time — the long-form black coffee for specialty drinkers
Milk PairingNone — served pure
ExtractionWater poured first — double shot pulled directly on top
For the Guest WhoWants the espresso conversation in a longer, slower form.

Our Approach

The coffee starts
at the source.

Most mobile coffee catering uses commodity beans from a wholesale supplier. We use the same FW 15+ Kavugangoma lots we supply to roasteries — Burundi Single Origin Arabica, documented from cooperative to port. The difference is perceptible to anyone paying attention — and your guests are paying attention.

Our baristas are briefed on the coffee they're serving — its origin, its processing method, its tasting notes. When a guest asks about the coffee, they receive an intelligent, hospitable answer. That conversation builds your brand's authority.
