Doppio
Two shots, undiluted. Body and aromatics doubled — the same precision held across a longer serve.
Macchiato
Espresso "marked" with a small dollop of foamed milk — the gentlest concession.
Cortado
Equal parts espresso and warm milk. Coffee, articulated by milk — not overwhelmed by it.
Flat White
Double shot, silky microfoam, no dry foam. The barista's drink — built for texture.
Cappuccino
The classical service — single shot, structured foam, equal proportions. A drink with a defined silhouette.
Latte
A longer milk drink — the espresso held as a low note, the milk as the body of the cup.
Long Black

We use the same FW 15+ Kavugangoma lots we supply to roasteries — Burundi Single Origin Arabica, documented from cooperative to port.
